The packages offer the opportunity to watch and learn about these amazing cetaceans that come to these shores to give birth and feed their calves. All packages include full board (no drinks), transfers, the boat trip and English spoken guide. Trips to historical cities, horse rides, trekking to waterfall and surf lessons is available depending on the package. The boat trip is on a 9 meters semi-rigid boat for 20 passengers, recently purchased for this purpose. It is equipped with two 90 HP engines, life vests for every passenger and an emergency boat regarding the National Sailing Regulations imposed by local authorities (Capitania dos Portos). The whale watching trip lasts about 120 minutes, accompanied by a biologist of the Institute, and the captain is specially trained to approach this animals.

Itinerary

Day 1 Vientiane
Arrival in Vientiane. Transfer and Sightseeing tour in Vientiane. Overnight at the Avalon Hotel or similar

Day 2  Vang Vieng
Breakfast at hotel, then depart by vehicle to Vang Vieng. Visit Tham Chang Cave. Stay Overnight in Vang Vieng at the Thavonsouk Resort.

Day 3  Luang Prabang
Breakfast at hotel followed by visit to Tham Pha Thao and Tham Xang Caves. Depart by vehicle from Vang Vieng to Luang Prabang. Stay 4 nights at the Haysoke Hotel.

Day 4  Luang Prabang
Breakfast at hotel, followed by sightseeing tour in Luang Prabang. Visit Mount Phousi for sunset.

Day 5  Luang Prabang
Breakfast at hotel. Then depart on boat excursion to Tham Pak Ou Caves. Visit the weaving village of Ban Xang Khong.

Day 6  Luang Prabang
Breakfast at hotel, followed by excursion to Kuang Si Waterfalls

Day 7  Luang Prabang
Breakfast at hotel. Then transfer to the airport.
